Built and managed a large network of orthopedic practices, including 3 hospitals, ASC, imaging centers, and therapy serving 20+ counties with 1,000+ employees. Successful transaction for a controlling interest with an enterprise value of multiple nine figures.

Created and managed a Service Line Management arrangement for orthopedics with a struggling hospital.

Built a compliance company serving 500+ physician practices monthly.

Managing Partners for a physician-owned hospital performing 400+ orthopedic surgeries a month and a growing earnings year over year.

Invested and managed north of $350,000,000 in equity and debt transactions supporting healthcare companies as diverse as hospital-based specialty pharmacies, physical therapy clinics and professional degree programs, interventional pain management centers, and pediatric home care agencies.
